Centi Mark Ltd. is seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to guide a team of 5 to 8 workers in commercial roofing tasks. You will manage field applications, liaise with customers, and oversee essential paperwork. With a commitment to safety and teamwork, this role offers immediate interviews and the opportunity for year-round work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train a roofing crew effectively
• Communicate with customers and management daily
• Ensure compliance with Centi Mark Safety Policies
• Handle time sheets and necessary paperwork
• Oversee field applications of roofing systems
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years’ experience in Commercial Roofing
• Knowledge of roofing procedures and safety protocols
• Experience with various roofing types including EPDM and TPO
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work at heights
