Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming material and parts efficiently
• Operate and maintain sandblasting machinery
• Ensure work area protection and safe practices
• Conduct general labor duties as required
• Report safety incidents and maintain clean conditions
Requirements:
• At least one year of sandblasting experience
• Reliability and a positive mentorship attitude
• Skills in operating forklifts and cranes
• Basic knowledge of weld inspection prior to sandblasting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours
