Houle is seeking a skilled Electrical Site Supervisor to join our Lower Mainland team. Oversee project site operations, ensuring safety, budget adherence, and timely completion.
This Electrical Site Supervisor role at Houle involves managing project sites efficiently. You will supervise crew actions, monitor project timelines, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining smooth operations and overcoming onsite challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate site crew activities
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations
• Provide project updates and monitor progress
• Maintain effective project schedules
• Resolve conflicts and issues on-site
Requirements:
• Certified Red Seal Journey Electrician
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of electrical systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in using project management software tools
