As a temporary Instrument Technician in the Refinery Maintenance Department, you'll play a crucial role in supporting safe and reliable operations through system maintenance and installation. Your expertise in troubleshooting and calibrating process control devices will directly enhance our safety and reliability culture. You'll be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and calibrate process analyzers effectively
• Troubleshoot refinery Distributive Control Systems and PLCs
• Repair flow, temperature, pressure, and level measurement devices
• Install and commission new instrumentation promptly
• Ensure adherence to PG7 standards for emissions monitoring
Requirements:
• Valid BC Driver’s License (Class 5 Minimum)
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated commitment to safety culture
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
