Jardeg seeks Carpenter Journey persons for its Buildings team in New Westminster, BC. The position includes working primarily with concrete, interpreting blueprints, and mentoring apprentices. This is a day shift role under a structured schedule of 5 days working followed by 2 days off.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute concrete form construction accurately
• Cut, shape, and join wood materials effectively
• Review project blueprints and adapt work plans
• Inform supervisors of any construction defects
• Mentor junior carpenters and share expertise
Requirements:
• Must have Carpenter Journeyperson Ticket or relevant proof of hours
• Required CSTS & WHMIS certifications
• Concrete formwork experience a must
• Reliable means of transportation required
• Legally able to work in Canada
