Integrated Security Systems Service Technician

Become a part of Scarlet Security & Risk Group as an Integrated Security Systems Service Technician in British Columbia.

Your role will focus on the support and repair of essential security technologies.

This position is designed for seasoned technicians with 5+ years of experience in low-voltage systems. You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and regularly maintaining security systems while directly interacting with clients to resolve any issues. You will also work on system upgrades and guide newer team members along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and install various security systems

• Troubleshoot and repair issues across multiple platforms

• Document maintenance and service processes

• Provide user training and technical support

• Participate in on-call rotations when necessary

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in integrated security systems

• Valid Trades Qualification certification is needed

• Clean driver’s license required

• Experience with various electronic security brands preferred

• Excellent communication and time management abilities
