Key Responsibilities:

• Execute repairs on mechanical equipment and hospital assets

• Install plumbing systems including fixtures and piping

• Manage installation and repair of door hardware

• Track inventory of maintenance supplies and tools

• Clear snow and salt walkways as required

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 10 education plus four years experience

• Strong communication capabilities in verbal and written forms
