Key Equipment Services, a division of Heritage Food Service Group of Canada, is Western Canada's largest food service equipment service provider. We are looking for a hands-on supervisor who leads by example in the field, someone who is mechanically minded and takes pride in precision work, problem-solving, and doing things right the first time. This role leads the installation team to deliver safe, precise, high-quality installations-on time and done right the first time.

• Coordinate equipment delivery, set-in-place, and installation.
• Solve problems quickly and keep projects moving.
• Deliver quality workmanship and exceptional customer experience.
• Keep teams, equipment, and job sites safe and organized.

• Previous supervisory experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a commercial field is preferred
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn - we value attitude over experience
• Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach to challenges
• High school graduation required
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract
