We are currently seeking a skilled Small Engine Repair Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing and maintaining small engines, particularly those used in construction equipment. • Diagnose, repair, and service small engines used in construction equipment, including grinders, scarifiers, generators, power trowels, pressure washers, concrete vibrators and other machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication, to keep equipment in optimal condition.
• Troubleshoot engine and mechanical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure equipment meets safety and regulatory standards.
• Test equipment to verify proper functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete repair jobs efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts inventory, and service history.

• Proven experience as a small engine repair mechanic, preferably in the construction equipment industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of small engine components, systems, and their applications in construction equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Certification or formal training in small engine repair or a related field.
• Experience working with a variety of construction equipment brands and models.
• Familiarity with hydraulic systems and electrical components.
