Millwright Reliability Technician pH

pH7 Technologies needs a Millwright-focused Maintenance Technician skilled in troubleshooting, reliability improvement, and hands-on repairs at Plant 101.

This full-time technician supports equipment reliability, operational uptime, and maintenance execution within pH7 Technologies’ metal extraction operations. You will maintain pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, agitators, valves, piping, tanks, motors, and rotating equipment. The work includes root cause problem solving, preventive maintenance development, and technical support across several teams.

• Repair mechanical process equipment and facility systems
• Participate in root cause analysis and failure investigations
• Support preventive maintenance development and optimization
• Complete inspections and maintain accurate records in MaintainX
• Provide technical mentorship and coordinate contractor field work

• Red Seal Millwright or equivalent industrial maintenance experience
• At least five years in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or process plants
• Demonstrated industrial equipment troubleshooting and diagnosis abilities
• Ability to interpret drawings, P&IDs, manuals, and technical documentation
• Strong communication, decision-making, and proactive maintenance skills
