Lead commercial scaffolding crews across Metro Vancouver using strong leadership and safety knowledge on residential, commercial, civil, and industrial projects.
Matakana Scaffolding seeks experienced Scaffold Lead Hands for long term, fulltime, permanent employment. You will coordinate crews and trades while delivering safe, on-time results. Experience with all-round systems, tube and clamp, and temporary roofing supports the work.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead crews of three to six scaffolders onsite
- Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures
- Plan and organize job sites safely
- Coordinate with managers, team members, and trades
- Handle, transport, and store materials safely
- Proven commercial and industrial scaffolding leadership experience
- Experience with systems, tube and clamp, and temporary roofs
- Knowledge of scaffolding regulations and safety practices
- Ability to work at heights and perform demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s licence and strong communication skills
