Position: Painter & Decorator
Preview Phoenix Gray is currently recruiting for a skilled Painter to join a reputable Painting & Decorating company operating on a new build residential site in Burnham, Buckinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to showcase their expertise in all aspects of painting and decorating within a structured and supportive environment.

Your role will involve delivering high-quality finishes, including gloss and emulsion work, as well as preparation tasks to ensure every surface is primed for perfection. You will be expected to work efficiently, adhere to health and safety standards, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail throughout each project.

CSCS card is essential for safety and compliance on-site

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification is desirable

Proven experience in painting and decorating, ideally within the residential sector

A comprehensive painting toolkit, including brushes, rollers, scuttles, extensions, scrapers, and whites (overalls)

Solid understanding of preparation, priming, and finishing techniques

Adept at working independently and as part of a team

Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
