This is a hands on management position where no two days are the same. You’ll be given the autonomy to lead the business, inspire your team and ensure every guest leaves with a five star experience.

What you’ll be doing
• Leading the day to day operation of the hotel across all departments.
• Inspiring, coaching and developing your team to deliver exceptional service.
• Driving revenue while managing costs and maximising profitability.
• Maintaining consistently high standards throughout the hotel.
• Overseeing recruitment, training, rotas and performance management.
• Building strong relationships with guests, suppliers and the local community.
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety and licensing regulations. We’re looking for someone who has
• Previous experience as a Hotel Manager, Deputy Hotel Manager or Operations Manager within a hotel environment.
• A natural ability to lead, motivate and develop people.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and KPIs.
• A proactive, hands on approach with excellent organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences. What’s in it for you? • £35,000 basic salary.
• Performance related bonus with an achievable OTE of £40,000 .
