Summary:

As a Front of House Assistant at REEL Burnley, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service within the hospitality and catering industry. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
• Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
• Take customer orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely and attentive service.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, as well as restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
