Position: Handyperson (Public Sector)
Your new company Handyperson required to work in the Public Sector in Netownabbey. Your new role Responsible for carrying out a wide range of external and internal repair and maintenance works across housing stock Carry out small roof repairs, including patching and minor remedial works. Install and repair fencing Complete concrete repairs, including patching and resurfacing Undertake small brickwork repairs Carry out flagging and paving repairs Complete minor plastering repairs Perform painting and decorating tasks Conduct property clear-outs and cleaning, ensuring properties are left in good condition Identify maintenance issues and carry out effective repairs Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in a Handyperson, maintenance, or multi-trade role (1 and 5 years preferred) Demonstrable skills across a range of trades, e.g:
Basic plumbing (leaks, fitting taps, etc.) Electrical (minor works only - changing sockets, light fittings) Carpentry (doors, skirting, small repairs) Painting & decorating General property maintenance Access NI Required Tools Required.
