Sr. Accountant

Description

We are looking for an experienced and meticulous Senior Accountant to join our team in Eagan, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering accurate reporting to support business objectives. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in manufacturing accounting and a passion for cost analysis and financial management.

Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

- Proficiency in month-end close processes and general ledger maintenance.

- Strong expertise in journal entries and account reconciliation.

- Demonstrated ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately.

- Familiarity with cost accounting principles and inventory valuation.

- Knowledge of compliance standards and tax regulations.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams.
