No previous accounting experience, internship, or public accounting background is required. We are looking for individuals with strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.

What You'll Be Doing

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payment of suppliers
• Assist with accounts receivable activities, including customer payments and account research
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts
• Help prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities
• Review financial transactions for accuracy and proper coding
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation
• Research and resolve invoice, payment, and accounting discrepancies
• Assist with financial reporting and ad hoc analysis projects
• Support audits by gathering requested documentation
• Work collaboratively with operations, sales, customer service, and leadership teams
• Learn and utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel to manage financial data
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy
