Looking to build your accounting and administrative skills in a role that offers variety and hands-on experience? Our Burnsville client is seeking an Accounts Payable & Payroll Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with office experience who enjoys staying organized, working with numbers, and being part of a collaborative team environment.
What You'll Do
+ Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and enter invoices into the accounting system
+ Collect employee timecards and enter payroll information for processing
+ Maintain accurate records and help ensure timely payments and payroll submissions
+ Communicate with internal employees and vendors regarding invoice and payroll questions
+ Assist with administrative projects and support daily office operations
Requirements
+ Previous office, administrative, customer service, or accounting support experience
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
+ Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
+ Reliable, organized, and eager to learn new skills
+ Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Burnsville
