Spronk Brothers is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to help manage financial operations, maintain accurate records, and provide valuable financial reporting to company managers and partners.

• Maintain and reconcile financial records and accounts
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Manage general ledger accounts and cost tracking for farm projects
• Assist with year-end close and tax preparation support
• Collaborate on accounting projects and process improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience (agriculture experience preferred)
• Basic understanding of tax basis accounting
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
