What's Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in mailroom operations or a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including email and word processing software.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Receive, sort, and process incoming mail, including letters and packages.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail volumes.
• Handle confidential and sensitive materials with discretion.
• Operate high-speed document scanners and associated software to digitize paper documents, photographs, and other materials.
• Assist with other clerical tasks and office duties as needed.
