Office Administrator -Minneapolis​/Burnsville, Minnesota

ELM Utility Services, with a team of over 1900 employees nationwide, is offering a great opportunity for an Office Administrator to work in the Minneapolis/Burnsville (MN Southeast), Minnesota office. This person will perform routine clerical duties, including communicating with field techs and data entry.

Starting wages for this position will be $21.00-$28.00, depending on experience. Our Total Rewards Package Includes:

• Ability to solve problems
• Excellent writing skills and computer skills including MS Office Suite and Outlook
• Experience with Excel Spreadsheets.
• Must have solid oral and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with administrative, management and executive personnel
• Prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
• Customer service experience a plus

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug, Motor Vehicle Record, and background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years previous office experience.
