- Managing Work Orders:
Opening and closing orders, tracking progress and ensuring smooth operations in internal systems. - Dispatching and Workflow Management:
Assigning the right techs to the right jobs, juggling schedules, managing workflows, and keeping everyone informed. - Deliver Top-Notch service to customers:
Communicate clearly, respectfully and in a timely manner during the repair process. - Communication:
Keeping team and customers in the loop to ensure alignment. - Team Management and Development:
Leading a team of techs, motivating and supporting growth. - Customer Service and Relationship Building:
Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering a world-class experience.
