Job Description
Transit Team is a provider of paratransit transportation services in the Twin Cities metro area. As a Metro Mobility Demand reservationist/CSR representative, you will be the voice of our company in every interaction with our clients. The Metro Mobility Demand service serves certified Metro Mobility riders in the Twin Cities metro area. Daily job duties include answering customer phone calls, booking ride requests, canceling ride requests, providing ride ETA data, making outgoing calls to inform customers of their next day’s ride times, and explaining the policies regarding the Metro Mobility system and service.
Compensationand Schedule
Pay: $18/hr
Shift: Wednesday - Sunday 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Qualifications- Clean criminal record
- Good communication and computer skills
- Prior customer service skills a plus
- Familiarity with the Twin Cities metro area
- Paid training
