Position Details- School-Based ASL Paraprofessional
- Position for the school year
- Burnsville, MN area
- Full-time, In-Person (33.75 paid hours/week)
- Work 1:1 with a third grade student
- Must be fluent in American Sign Language
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
Hello ASL Paras! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring an ASL Paraprofessional for the school year in the Burnsville, MN area. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

- Associates Degree or equivalent, or 2 years post secondary and at least 60 completed credits OR
- Paraprofessional Credential through Minnesota Department of Education (such as passing score on Para Pro or Para Educator Assessments or credentialed on the PELSB rubric)
- Must pass drug screening and background check
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
