Classroom Aide

Endeavor Schools is seeking a caring Classroom Aide to support our Education, Training & E-Learning team in delivering high quality learning experiences. In this role, you'll assist lead teachers with instruction, supervision, and classroom management, helping create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young learners. You'll support individualized learning, prepare materials, and maintain a clean, organized classroom. Responsibilities

• Support the lead teacher in implementing daily classroom activities and routines.
• Assist students individually and in small groups with learning tasks and classroom assignments.
• Help create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Supervise children during classroom activities, transitions, meals, recess, and other school functions to ensure safety.
• Prepare, organize, and clean classroom materials, learning centers, and supplies.
• Reinforce classroom expectations and support positive behavior management under teacher guidance.
• Observe and report student progress, behaviors, and concerns to the lead teacher or appropriate staff.
• Support the implementation of personalized learning strategies and differentiated instruction.
• Assist with arrival and dismissal procedures, ensuring students are accounted for and following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to uphold school policies and educational goals.
• Communicate with students in a respectful, encouraging, and developmentally appropriate manner.
• Follow all school health, safety, and confidentiality policies and procedures.
