Renovation Church is seeking a Location Pastor to launch a new campus near Blaine. The role requires vision, recruiting, shepherding, and preaching weekly. You will lead ministry systems and ensure continuity within Renovation Church’s structure as the location grows.
You will start with a 6–9 month training at Renovation Church Blaine, cast vision, recruit a launch team of 200–300 people, hire key staff, and oversee Sunday morning services and budgets while shepherding volunteers.
This role is for the Location Pastor – Lead a New Church Campus role at Renovation Church.
