Salary Range86,800 USD - 165,200 USD
What You Will DoEnsuring successful product release through quality tools (RCCA, PPAP, MPR). Timely RCCA for product escapes. FAI reviews. Business process enhancements through continuous improvement initiative. Nonconforming material review and approval. You will also play a part in managing our innovative products from inception to delivery.
What You Will LearnLeadership skills in a production environment. Interviewing and hiring new employees.
Qualifications You Must Have- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
- Knowledgeable in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) including requirements derived from AS9145 and/or AS13100.
- Knowledgeable in the 8D process and review C/A plans with the product quality team.
- Exposure to quality tools (RCCA, PPAP, MPR).
