Install, start up, and commission ammonia refrigeration systems at customer sites across the United States to design specifications;
Perform detailed startup procedures and system verifications for mechanical and electrical components;
Integrate and test PLC-based control systems and validate PID control loops;
Prepare commissioning reports with setpoints, sensor calibrations, and as-built deviations for engineering;
Provide onsite training to facility personnel on operation, safety, and troubleshooting of ammonia refrigeration systems
