RTX is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join its New Product Introduction team in Burnsville, Minnesota. You will support design for manufacturing, develop processes, create work instructions, and drive lean initiatives to reduce costs while ensuring producibility.
Candidates should have a STEM degree with at least 2 years of related experience and proficiency with CAD tools (CREO). Aerospace/defense familiarity and PPAP/AS9145 knowledge are preferred.
