Game Master

Job Description

Outreach and fan-friendly, Escapology Burnsville seeks Game Masters to guide groups through hour-long adventures while delivering the best customer experience.

From the moment customers enter the venue to their exit, Game Masters help guests enjoy their experience by greeting them in the lobby, guiding them back to their games, and serving as a conduit for clues and assistance as guests solve riddles and puzzles.

In addition to hosting groups, explaining rules, and sending hints from the control room, Game Masters perform several duties to enhance the escape room experience:

• When a group completes a game, the Game Master exits the group, explains any unfinished puzzles, and takes a team photo.
• After a game is complete, reset puzzles and props promptly for the next group.
• Maintain a clean and tidy venue, handling general cleaning and organization as needed.

• Capable of sitting for an hour or more

• Capable of standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of related experience

Escapology, one of the largest Escape Room franchises in the country, is located at the Burnsville Center Mall. We deliver customers a variety of game room experiences, challenging them to work together to discover clues, solve puzzles, and unlock locks in adrenaline‑pumping games.
