The Clinic Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of assigned clinic departments, ensuring excellent patient service and delivery of care.
This is a full-time one-site role Monday-Friday with staffing "on call responsibilities" for OUC staffing. This position will be a dual role, providing support for our new Occupational Health Program in Eden Prairie while also supporting Orthopedic Urgent Care services in Eagan and Burnsville.
Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.
Essential Functions- Effectively recruit, train, manage, and retain employees
- Responsible for the coordination of the weekly schedule for appropriate staff coverage
- Operate as a liaison between management and clinic staff to ensure quality and efficiency of patient service. This may include meeting one-on-one with managers and/or staff to assess, educate, and review data on quality, service, teamwork, and integrity relating to the work of clinic staff members.
- Conduct frequent, timely, and appropriate communications with employees through meetings and one-on-one sessions; actively participate in meetings and other communications processes; share information timely, accurately and completely with others, as needed
- Conduct annual reviews of direct reports, including determination of any relevant compensation adjustments
- Complete all payroll processes as needed in HRIS, including leave of absences, time off requests, job changes, department transfers, terminations, etc.
- Occasionally participate in community functions relating to TCO outreach events throughout the year.

- Bachelor's degree in related field or applicable experience
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory/leadership experience. Healthcare setting preferred.
- Working knowledge of all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines
- Actual starting pay will vary based on education, skills, and experience.
