Alabaster Healthcare is a small, independent, fee‑for‑service medical clinic with urgent care hours, seeking a Clinic Manager to maintain, improve, and expand the business. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a highly organized healthcare administrator who thrives in autonomy, enjoys building systems, and wants to partner closely with a founder to grow a practice with integrity and purpose.

The ideal candidate brings both operational excellence and strategic thinking, balancing day‑to‑day clinic oversight with long‑term planning, financial stewardship, and process improvement.

What doing a great job will look like
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. MUST be able to function independently.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, including administrative and clinical personnel.
  • Ensure excellent patient service and satisfaction by addressing patient concerns and improving patient experience.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and optimize clinic services.
  • Manage clinic budgets, including monitoring expenses and revenue to ensure financial health.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant standards.
  • Oversee the use and maintenance of electronic health record (EHR) systems and other clinic technologies.
  • Represent the clinic at community events and build relationships with local healthcare providers and organizations.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote clinic services and attract new patients.
Education and Experience requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in health‑related field with active license
  • Basic Life Support
  • 1 yr of leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinic management
  • Knowledge of:
    Insurance policy management, Claims, billing, and credentialing, Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage change
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability

Compensation Range: $44k - $47k annually. Final offer will be determined based on a combination of skills, knowledge, relevant education and experience. The posted role is for 40‑hour workweek (1.0 FTE)
