As a Community Support Worker, you will work one on one with individuals to support them through their journey to independence! If you've got experience as a Direct Support Professional, and ILS worker, or as a caregiver, we want to talk to you.

Part time day shifts available:
Sun, Tues-Thurs 11am-7:30pm (inclusive of 30 minute unpaid break) Option to pick up an additional shift for full time hours as well.

In this position, you have the flexibility of working independently while also having the structure and support of a team.

Starting Salary

$18.50 hourly

Benefits

Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience doing Direct Support Professional Work (1 year experience preferred)
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Willingness to do personal cares (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting) with clients
  • Valid US driver's license
  • Basic computer skills

Options Residential uses E-Verify. Options Residential, Inc will conduct a Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Study on all new employees. Employees in driving positions will also be subject to a Motor Vehicle Background check. Continued employment will be contingent on a cleared background study and a satisfactory MVR.
