The OpportunityStillwell Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations and partner closely with leadership to ensure consistent, compliant, and people-first HR practices.
This role serves as a trusted resource for employees and managers, supporting core HR functions including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, records management, compliance, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and comfortable working hands‑on in a manufacturing environment.
CompensationSalary range: $60,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for HR‑related questions from employees and leaders.
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records, including payroll data, personal information, leaves, and employment documentation.
- Support recruiting and hiring efforts.
- Conduct new hire orientations and manage onboarding to ensure compliance and a strong employee experience.
- Assist supervisors and managers with performance management and employee relations matters.
- Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and other internal partners as needed.
- Support HR compliance activities, reporting, and audits.
- Help ensure HR processes are consistent, organized, and aligned with company policies and values.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field OR SHRM‑CP certification.
- 3–5 years of human resources experience.
- Working knowledge of HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, personnel records, and employee relations.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using an HRIS (Paylocity experience is a plus).
- Previous experience supporting HR in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
