Business System Analyst

Duration: 12+ months (Only W2) - No telecommute

Rate: DOE

Summary:

Maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics and budget.

Responsibility level:
Exercises independent judgment with direction from supervisor.

Skills and

Competencies:

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
• Knowledge of computer software, such as Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Coordinate and organize training and development curriculum for on-coming personnel including the scheduling and logistics of in-person training's.
• Create detailed task plans needed for software implementation by meeting with developers and analysts and organizing their plans into step-by-step processes to be executed as once complete project.
• Provide updated status reports to management on a timely basis.
• Must be a quick learner with very good work ethic and have familiarity with working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

This position is not eligible for Overtime billing.
