We are seeking a Senior DXP (Digital Experience Platform) & Integration Contractor to support and enhance a complex enterprise digital experience and customer data ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), with additional experience integrating marketing automation and consent management platforms, such as Oracle Eloqua, Transcend, or similar platforms.
The role will focus on improving platform stability, data and audience activation, integrations, production support, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical ownership and production support across AEP, Real-Time CDP, and Journey Optimizer.
- Manage and troubleshoot data ingestion, XDM schemas, datasets, identity resolution, segmentation, audiences, and activation.
- Support customer journey orchestration, campaign delivery, triggers, and downstream integrations.
- Design, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations between AEP/CDP, Eloqua, consent platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Support consent and preference management integration and migration activities.
- Investigate recurring platform and integration issues and drive root-cause resolution.
- Reduce operational backlog and technical debt through platform improvements and automation.
- Establish effective release, change management, monitoring, and production support practices.
- Develop runbooks, architecture and integration documentation, automation, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, marketing technology, security, and business teams.
- 7+ years of experience in digital experience, customer data, marketing technology, or enterprise integration platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Strong understanding of data ingestion, XDM, identity resolution, segmentation, audience management, and activation.
- Experience supporting complex enterprise integrations and production environments.
- Experience with Oracle Eloqua or comparable marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with Transcend or similar consent and preference management platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with APIs and enterprise data integrations.
- Ability to independently manage technical issues and work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical documentation and knowledge-transfer skills.
- Experience with consent platform migration or implementation.
- Experience with automation, monitoring, CI/CD, and release management.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and cloud platforms.
- Adobe certifications in AEP, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, or related technologies.
- Experience working with large-scale or highly regulated enterprise environments.
