Senior Manager, Marketing Insights & Analytics
The Senior Manager, Marketing Insights & Analytics is responsible for leading Tru Stone's enterprise marketing analytics, member insights, segmentation, personalization, and growth intelligence strategies. This leader transforms member, market, retail, lending, and digital experience data into actionable insights that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, product adoption, and profitability.
The role serves as a strategic partner to Marketing, Digital Experience, Retail Banking, Lending, Operations, and Technology teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize member journeys, improve marketing performance, and support data-driven decision-making. The Senior Manager, Marketing Insights & Analytics oversees audience segmentation, customer insights, personalization strategies, marketing measurement, campaign analytics, and customer data platform (CDP) capabilities to enhance member experiences and accelerate growth.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, customer insights, segmentation, personalization, digital marketing, business intelligence, or related disciplines.
- 3+ years of previous leadership experience.
- Experience with in financial services, banking, credit unions, fintech, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in business intelligence, reporting, dashboard development, and data visualization platforms, including Power BI, or similar solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of digital analytics, web analytics, and tag management platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related performance measurement tools.
- Experience administering and leveraging Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, marketing automation platforms, audience management tools, and customer journey orchestration solutions.
- Experience utilizing SQL, data extraction, and data transformation tools to analyze and interpret large, complex datasets preferred.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI), and AI-driven personalization techniques preferred.
- Demonstrated success leveraging data, analytics, member insights, and digital capabilities to drive business growth, improve member experiences, and support organizational objectives.
- Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, campaign measurement, attribution modeling, ROMI, audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing, personalization strategies, and customer journey optimization.
- Demonstrated proficiency in business intelligence and reporting tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or comparable solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, forecasting, and data storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable business recommendations and executive-level presentations.
- Understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, compliance requirements, and responsible stewardship of member data.
- Proven leadership, coaching, talent development, project management, and change management skills.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders across Marketing, Digital Experience, Retail, Lending, Technology, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
- Ability to think strategically while managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintains awareness of enterprise compliance requirements, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA/AML) obligations, and follows internal policies and escalation protocols as applicable.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
- Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

WHAT WE OFFER:
The salary range for this position is $99,000 to $123,000 per year. In addition, we offer:
