Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Digital Sales Operations Manager to lead and optimize our online retail sales ecosystem. In this role, you'll own digital sales processes, CRM and lead management tools, and performance analytics to drive revenue and a seamless customer experience. You'll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and IT to align campaigns, enhance workflows, and ensure data integrity. You will train and support teams on digital tools, champion continuous improvement, and help scale a modern, customer-first auto retail model in a culture built on integrity, transparency, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day digital sales operations across online retail channels
- Implement and optimize CRM, lead management, and digital retailing tools
- Develop and refine digital sales processes, workflows, and playbooks
- Track KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver performance reporting to leadership
- Partner with sales, marketing, and IT to align digital initiatives and campaigns
- Lead testing, rollout, and adoption of new digital sales technologies
- Train and support sales teams on digital tools and best practices
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance within sales systems
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue optimization
