Digital Manager

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Digital Performance Manager to drive online growth across our Midwest automotive retail locations. In this role, you will own strategy and performance for paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting, focusing on lead generation and sales. You will analyze web traffic, conversion funnels, and campaign attribution, running tests and optimizations to improve ROI. Partnering closely with marketing, sales, and service, you'll translate business goals into digital tactics, report on KPIs, and guide vendors while supporting Walser's culture of integrity, transparency, and customer-first service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive leads and sales for Walser dealerships
• Manage paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting campaigns for optimal ROIMonitor website analytics, conversion funnels, and attribution to improve performance
• Collaborate with sales, service, and marketing teams to align digital efforts with business goals
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ads, and offers to improve conversion rates
• Report on key performance metrics and present insights to leadership
• Manage relationships with digital vendors and platforms
• Stay current on automotive retail and digital marketing trends
