The Sr. Manager
- Product Management is accountable for the full lifecycle of products in the Angle of Attack Sensors and Stall Protection products portfolio. You will be accountable for projects and initiatives that include pursuit and capture, design and development, on-time delivery, service/support, and long-term strategic business plans for your products. The product manager drives strategic planning efforts, is the lead function accountable for business success, and serves as the face of the organization to multiple clients and customers.
They are responsible for the successful execution of programs to meet strategic goals and maintain associated measures of success. This leadership position reports directly to Ice, Rain and Stall Portfolio
- Associate Director and is an active participant of the portfolio leadership team. This is an onsite role based at our Burnsville, MN facility.
What You Will Do Lead several cross-functional Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) that regularly manage new products/services with new market capabilities and offerings. Communicate regularly and frequently with internal and external customers and other stakeholders on a variety of topics pertinent to the product line, including strategic and tactical initiatives. Manage the IPT to drive supply chain resilience and achieve output and delivery assurance targets.
Implement functional strategy and establish operational plans for the work area. Manage large risks with meaningful financial and schedule impacts and strategic implications for the portfolio.
