What youll bring:

• Valid licensure as a Sign Language Interpreter in Minnesota
• Minimum 4.0 EIPA score (required)
• Experience providing one-on-one support to students in an educational environment preferred
• Conversational and academic fluency in American Sign Language (ASL)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

What youll do:

• Provide real-time sign language interpretation between a third-grade student and their educational team during all instructional and school-related activities
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment by clarifying lesson content and facilitating communication
• Adapt interpretation style to meet the specific comprehension needs of the student
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and therapists to monitor student progress
• Comply with district policies regarding confidentiality, student safety, and professional conduct
• Complete documentation as required by the school or district
• Participate in meetings, training, and planning sessions relevant to the students needs

You will work exclusively on-siteno remote or virtual optionsensuring reliable, face-to-face support for your student during regular school hours.
