Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Burnsville, MN. In this role, you'll help maintain hard floor surfaces, clean carpets, operate specialized floor care equipment, and keep a large retail environment clean, safe, and ready for customers each day.

No floor care experience? We can train the right candidate.

Location:

Burnsville, MNPay Rate: $16.00 per hour Weekly Pay on Friday Shift

Schedule:

4:00 AM - 12:30 PM Approximately 40 Hours Per Week Consistent Early Morning Schedule Weekend Availability Required Wednesday and Thursday Off Finish Early and Enjoy the Rest of Your Day What You'll DoOperate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment

Clean and maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, and routine maintenance

Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas

Perform restroom and general cleaning duties as needed

Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards

Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment

Complete assigned cleaning projects independently and efficiently

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation required

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds

Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment

Strong attendance and reliability

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Previous janitorial, floor care, custodial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required
