Job Description

We’re Hiring a Team Lead – Oral Surgery

We’re looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant who’s ready to lead, inspire, and make a difference every day. Bring your leadership skills + oral surgery experience to a team that values growth, accountability, and positivity!

Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment? Do you have the rare combo of oral surgery experience and proven leadership skills? If yes – we want YOU to lead our team at OMS Specialists-Blaine.

What You’ll Do:
As our Team Lead, you’ll keep our office running smoothly, support our providers, and empower your team to shine every day. You’ll balance accountability with encouragement, creating an environment where both patients and staff feel supported. Think of yourself as the captain of the ship – setting the tone, steering the flow, and keeping everything on course!

A Day in the Life Might Include:

  • Leading morning huddles that energize the team and set up the day for success
  • Keeping the clinical flow moving smoothly
  • Coaching and mentoring team members so they grow in their roles
  • Holding the team accountable – while keeping the culture positive
  • Partnering with doctors and management to keep things efficient and patient-focused
  • Taking on administrative responsibilities such as petty cash reports, inventory management, and supply oversight

We’re Looking for Someone Who Has:

  • 2+ years oral surgery experience (non-negotiable – you know the ropes!)
  • Active Minnesota Dental Assisting License (required)
  • 2+ years leadership experience (you’ve supervised, coached, and inspired a team before)
  • Availability to work full-time, 5 days per week
  • Strong problem-solving + communication skills
  • The ability to motivate while keeping people accountable
  • A love for creating a supportive, professional, patient-first environment

Why Join Us?
At OMS Specialists, we’re committed to patient care and team satisfaction. You’ll get the chance to lead an experienced, dedicated crew – while still rolling up your sleeves and being part of the action. Plus, you’ll work with doctors and leaders who genuinely value what you bring to the table.
