Staffmark is hiring a Soldering Technician who will be responsible for assembling, soldering, and inspecting electronic components and assemblies to meet engineering specifications and quality standards. This role requires precision, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions to ensure reliable, high-quality electronic products.

• Previous experience in a soldering or electronics assembly role
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed and use hand tools and soldering equipment

• Perform hand soldering of electronic components (through-hole and surface-mount) using soldering irons, hot air tools, or reflow equipment
• Assemble electronic subassemblies and finished products according to schematics, drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect solder joints and assemblies for quality, defects, and workmanship standards
• Rework and repair assemblies as needed to meet quality requirements
• Use microscopes and measurement tools for detailed inspection
• Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures at all times
• Document work performed and report issues or defects to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet production goals
