** Job Summary
** Assembler I is responsible for fabricating component parts or assembling the finished product according to the customer's specifications. Secures and maintains correct component parts and supplies required for the operation.
** Principle Duties and Responsibilities
*** Completes work area setup
* Fits parts together in accordance with prescribed instructions and in accordance with quality standards
* Operates hand tools as required to complete the assembly process
* Stacks completed products in accordance with established procedures, and if required, may cover, label, and band components finished product
* Ensures work area is safe, clean and organized, and that equipment is safe to operate
* Completes pre-shift startup equipment inspection checklist and reports any problems or concerns
* Maintains a clean and orderly work environment
* Maintains production records as required
* Checks materials and finished products to ensure they are compliant with standards
* Performs duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards
* Participates in safety, CI, and other programs and meetings
* Performs other duties as assigned
** Qualifications
* ** High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
* No minimum experience is required however, 6 months of manufacturing and assembling experience is preferred
* Working knowledge of basic math preferred

($18.00.

- $19.00.hour) dependent on experience                    pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living

Bonus/Incentive Pay (only include one from the list below based on the job):
1.
For sales positions:  The percentage of incentive compensation that may be earned varies based on the customer account classification and is calculated based on collected gross profit.
2.
For salaried bonus positions:  Annual performance bonus opportunity based on Company and specific business unit ROI and PBOP achievement criteria and individual job responsibility and performance.
3.
For hourly positions with incentive pay:  Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses.  A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
