- Maintain quality product standards with zero defects and meet customer deadlines.
- Comply with applicable quality systems and participate in audits.
- Participate in cost‑reduction and continuous improvement plans/events.
- Inspect parts, perform coating, labeling/boxing, and prepare shipments.
- Check parts for cracks, loose connections, faulty bonds, and assembly issues; log test results.
- Route products for rework or salvage, and route reworked assemblies for testing.
- Clean completed assemblies and ensure a clean, orderly work area.
- Assemble parts according to blueprint specifications.
- Test parts using test equipment, setting controls and observing readings.
- Operate equipment such as Ragen Assembly, Component Lead Former, Drill Press, Denison Hydraulic Press, Component Lead tinning, and S.M.T. Re‑flow.
- Fabricate instrument parts through crimping, staking, and cutting.
- Perform welding, soldering, item test and inspection, filler, and immersion testing after proper training and certification.
- Check work methods and results for conformance and provide re‑instruction as needed.
- Report progress and quality issues to lead or supervisor, and perform other assigned duties.
You Must Have: High‑school diploma or GED; U.S. Person status as defined by federal regulations.

- Manufacturing experience.
- Career Readiness Certification (CRC).
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Ability to complete training modules associated with the job grade.
- Follow assembly instructions accurately.
- Work effectively in repetitive environments.
- Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Understand end uses of products being built.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Intermediate computer skills (typing, navigation, learning new software).
