Warper Operator

Glen Raven is recruiting for a Sectional Warper Operator who is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the sectional‑warper machine. The operator produces warp beams based on style requirements and troubleshoots any problems that might arise while fulfilling the production order. The Sectional Warper Operator must direct and assist the Creel Service associates as needed.

Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. $18.73 per hour $1.00 Shift Differential

• Responsible for machine settings, either electronic or manual, as it relates to a specific order.
• Determine the number of packages, number of bands, and all other requirements for the order.
• Order the precise amount of yarn needed to complete the order.
• Assist in loading the creel with yarn during changeovers or when runouts occur.
• Maintain housekeeping and upkeep to keep the machine in good working condition when problems arise.

• High School Education
• Textile Experience Preferred
• Material Handling or Machine Operating experience preferred
