Production machining of routine and custom products using manual mills and lathes;
Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals to perform set ups and production processes;
Calibrate machines to perform operations within its capability by positioning, aligning, securing work, utilizing and adapting appropriate tools;
Inspect and certify your work product using inspection equipment including indicators, micrometers, calipers, and surface plates;
Perform daily, quarterly, annual Preventative Maintenance on equipment
