Night Shift Monday-Thursday 4:45PM-3:15AM

We are seeking an "outside the box" thinker who enjoys problem solving & working with others to achieve goals.

10 years minimum experience required.

Proficient in basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.

Knowledge of GD&T principles is essential for quality assurance.

Previous experience operating lathes and other CNC machinery is required.

Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality control.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Required to stand for majority of shift.

Required to lift up to 35 lbs.

Operate CNC lathes and mills to manufacture parts according to specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.

Program Nakamura/Fanuc controls.

Set up and/or operation of CNC multifunction turn twin spindle and twin or triple turret lathes (programming a plus) (mostly Nakamura).

Experience in Aerospace shop and a wide variety of gauges a plus.

Utilize GD&T principles to ensure accurate measurements and tolerances.

Conduct inspections using coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify part dimensions.

Candidates who previously have worked as a foreman or lead person a plus.
