Location: Shakopee, MN

We are seeking detail-oriented Fiber Operators to perform precision assembly and production tasks in a clean manufacturing environment. This role requires excellent hand dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow standardized work instructions to ensure high-quality product assembly. No prior fiber experience is required; training will be provided.

• Perform precision assembly using table-mounted tools and specialized equipment.
• Cut, strip, clean, and prepare materials according to established procedures.
• Work with small components under microscopes and magnification equipment.
• Follow visual work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality guidelines.
• Complete basic documentation and production records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals.

• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Experience with small-parts assembly or other detail-oriented manufacturing work preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Comfortable working with microscopes, fine components, and precision tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following procedures.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable in a production environment.
